Established in 2002 by Dr. Cielo Adajar, our clinic has grown from a small family practice into one of the Philippines’ trusted centers for implant dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, and comprehensive smile rehabilitation. For over 25 years, we have cared for patients from across the Philippines and around the world guided by one consistent belief: that the most beautiful smile is one built on a healthy foundation.

Dr. Cielo P. Adajar, DMD

Founder & Chief Dentist

Dr. Cielo Adajar earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of the East College of Dentistry in 2002 and has spent more than 25 years dedicated to implant and aesthetic dentistry. Recognized as one of the pioneering practitioners in the Philippines, she has trained alongside internationally recognized clinicians and master ceramists, including Lamberto Villani. Patients know her for her honesty, her attention to detail, and her ability to take on complex cases that other clinics have turned away.

Dr. Lito Manuel, DMD

Head of Surgery

Dr. Lito Manuel leads the surgical division at Adajar, specializing in dental implant surgery, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, and full-arch implant rehabilitation. He works closely with the restorative and aesthetic team to ensure every surgical case is planned and executed with the long-term outcome in mind.
